Introduction

Welcome to 1lot. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User") and 1lot regarding your access to and use of the 1lot online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting, live casino, eBingo, and associated services available through our website and mobile app.

By registering an account on 1lot, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines, that you are doing so voluntarily for entertainment purposes, and that you accept these Terms in full. • KYC Verification: You complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process, which involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID before full withdrawal privileges are unlocked.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, any additional 1lot accounts. One person, one account.
• Own Name Only: You register and play only in your own name, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming, and have not been barred from gaming by any other applicable restriction.

1lot reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on 1lot are processed in Philippine Peso. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels including bank transfer, Philippine online banking, GCash, and Maya.

Deposits

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
• 1lot does not accept payments via credit cards or cryptocurrency for gaming deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name only.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• OTP confirmation may be required to authorise individual withdrawal transactions as a security measure.

• 1lot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests where unusual account activity is detected.

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming products on 1lot, including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and poker.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point your bet is accepted are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round or bet settlement, 1lot will apply industry-standard procedures to determine the correct outcome. Where a round cannot be completed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules that may differ by sport or event type. Check the relevant event page for specific conditions.
• 1lot reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet or per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to obtain unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bet limits, access bonuses multiple times, or bypass restrictions
• Placing bets using insider information on the outcome of a sporting event
• Facilitating money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity

From time to time, 1lot may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are valid only for the player account to which they are issued and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, wagering requirements (if applicable), eligible games, minimum qualifying bet, and expiry date.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per player at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 1lot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or in cases of technical error.

1lot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual
• At your own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where closure is requested by the player or due to non-breach reasons, any remaining verified balance will be returned after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so through their account settings or by contacting 1lot support.

1lot takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity and stay within comfortable limits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account.
